  4. Supplements: Certain supplements can help address chronic pain by reducing inflammation, supporting the immune system, and improving overall health. Supplements like curcumin, vitamin D, B2, omega-3 fatty acids, and magnesium can be particularly helpful.
  5. Manual therapy: Techniques like chiropractic adjustments, massage, and acupuncture can help reduce pain and improve range of motion by addressing underlying imbalances in the body.
